Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate various therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their unique needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of mental health practices, attending professional development opportunities and engaging in regular supervision to stay informed on the latest research and techniques.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Self-motivated and capable of providing remote care while contributing to team-oriented goals.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with demonstrated success in providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
