Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, empathetically guiding them through various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.

• Consult with local community resources and programs, including educational institutions and correctional facilities, to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

• Facilitate referrals to external services, including community programs and support networks, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular collaboration with families and caregivers to enhance understanding and support systems related to each client’s mental health journey.

• Monitor and document patient progress using our electronic health record system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to treatment plans.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families, empowering them to adhere to recommended behavioral health practices and cultivate resilience.

• Actively participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and feedback to foster a collaborative treatment environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses diverse demographics, including youth, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a Therapist, you will work with individuals who may struggle with conditions such as mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and other emotional difficulties. It is imperative to approach each client with cultural competence and sensitivity while adapting treatment modalities to fit their specific needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological theories, research on human development, and current mental health trends.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote setting or telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
