Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges that inform customized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement culturally relevant, family-centered treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health counseling.

• Provide ongoing outpatient services, including individual and family counseling, that align with evidence-based therapeutic methods.

The successful candidate will serve a diverse patient population within the community, focusing on individuals and families affected by trauma and mental health issues. Our clients come from various racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and the therapist will be instrumental in fostering a healing relationship that empowers each client to navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, along with an active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) issued by the state of California. It is imperative that applicants no longer require supervision for their licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Successful applicants will ideally have 2 to 4 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly in settings that serve vulnerable populations. Experience in community health or outpatient services is preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities involved in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
