Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure optimal patient care and confidentiality.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client progress and treatment strategies, sharing insights and updates from therapy sessions.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
