Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a comprehensive array of psychotherapeutic techniques to provide therapeutic services to individuals and families facing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs, subsequently developing initial discharge plans for treatment.

• Facilitate structured individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with each patient’s tailored treatment plan, addressing specific goals collaboratively.

• Generate initial treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ensure the coordination of additional services, adjusting the strategy as needed to best support patient progress.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent and quality therapeutic support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
