Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement a range of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the treatment of diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in both individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the needs of each client, followed by the development of an initial treatment and discharge plan.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions, ensuring that the therapeutic strategies align with each client's treatment goals.

• Maintain an organized caseload, providing initial treatment planning based on assessments and coordinating any additional services required for optimum patient care.

• Document therapy services provided, ensuring adherence to both facility and professional standards; revise documentation as necessary in compliance with established guidelines.

• Engage actively in treatment team meetings, working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and optimize client outcomes.

• Remain attuned to patient safety and comfort, addressing any concerns or complaints that arise during the therapeutic process.

• Perform other essential functions as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the counseling services we offer.

Qualifications\n
