Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our state-of-the-art outpatient treatment center, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, allowing clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Provide Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized sessions that help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Collaborate on Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Monitor Progress: Use various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, providing feedback to guide ongoing treatment.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Interact regularly with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges. Our community health clinic provides a supportive environment where clients can feel safe and empowered to address their issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Additionally, you must be a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic support are essential.

Preferred Experience\n
