Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and therapeutic space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Keep meticulous documentation of each client session, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans according to evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines to protect client information and foster a trustworthy therapeutic relationship.

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
