Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group sessions that encourage connection among clients. Create a safe space for sharing experiences, insights, and strategies for coping with their challenges.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients explore their emotions and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus specifically on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic requires a unique approach, as many are dealing with transitional life stages, including educational pressures, relationship dynamics, and emerging adult responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
