Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver impactful counseling sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy, adapting approaches to suit the needs of families and couples facing relational issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records compliant with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client interactions are documented proficiently.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and medical practitioners, to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, contingent upon your experience and the available caseload.
