This position operates primarily in a remote outpatient office setting, providing flexibility and work-life balance without sacrificing the quality of care. We also offer the option for both full-time and part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other professionals to report on progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Schedule appointments, home visits, and therapeutic sessions, maintaining clear organization for optimal service delivery.
\n
• Facilitate home visits and in-home observations while ensuring proper adherence to clinical protocols and client confidentiality.
\n
• Implement and oversee the effectiveness of treatment programs, ensuring all interventions are executed appropriately.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share insights that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Document progress notes monthly and quarterly to track client advancements and facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders.
\n
• Train team members on the implementation of therapeutic practices and documentation procedures to ensure consistent care delivery.
\n
• Provide consistent follow-up through home visits or telehealth sessions to guarantee ongoing support and adjust treatment as necessary.
\n
• Act as a liaison with the community and public mental health agencies to promote client welfare and program development initiatives.
\n
• Assist in creating and refining training materials aimed at enhancing program efficacy for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including young adults, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This position enables you to apply your expertise in different therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate their unique experiences and achieve therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong foundation in legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to form rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health care team.
\n
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and technology-enabled practice is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in remote counseling or telehealth settings is a plus.

• Offering a competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience.
