Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough psychosocial assessments that identify the unique needs and challenges of each patient.

• Effectively communicate with medical staff, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to provide updates on patient progress, treatment needs, and any concerns that arise.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, following all departmental policies to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to patients experiencing immediate emotional or behavioral issues, offering empathetic support and effective strategies to manage their situations.

• Collaborate with families and support systems to facilitate treatment planning, including the crafting of discharge plans that ensure ongoing care and support post-treatment.

• Assist in organizing and enhancing program services to better meet the needs of our patients, contributing to a well-rounded treatment experience.

In this role, you will work primarily with high-risk patients who are navigating various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n
