Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a comfortable and adaptable work environment while serving clients through our outpatient counseling structure. As a part of our team, you will conduct therapy sessions via video conferencing or telephone, enabling flexibility for both therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to provide a comprehensive evaluation and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in mental health principles.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
