Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring an empathetic and supportive atmosphere.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, providing comprehensive support and referral options as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve often experience barriers to accessing conventional mental health care. Our focus is on treating a diverse range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. You will play a pivotal role in making mental health care accessible and effective for those individuals and families who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards associated with mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in specific areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
