Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as required.

• Maintain secure, accurate, and up-to-date client records using Simple Practice to ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops, staying current on advancements in mental health therapies and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from varying backgrounds. You will be responsible for addressing a wide-ranging array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your insights and personalized care will enable clients to build resilience and lead healthier, more satisfying lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Professional Counseling (M.A./M.S.), or Marriage and Family Therapy (M.A./M.S.) is required.

• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to clients across different age groups, including families.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities, along with proven diagnostic skills in mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong autonomy and self-regulation in work processes while also embracing collaboration within a team framework.

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver consultation and therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
