Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of new clients to gather relevant background information and identify immediate needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions suited to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, assisting clients in exploring their challenges and developing coping strategies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques, to foster client progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring easy access and accurate documentation for ongoing treatment continuity.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health, participating in continuing education opportunities and professional development workshops.

• Engage proactively in clinic team meetings to share insights and contribute to an inclusive team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with diverse client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our focus is on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
