Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.

• Minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competence in various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Empathy and the capability to build rapport with clients, providing a safe space for them to discuss their feelings and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
