Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ relational and mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and set achievable goals. \n
- Employ family systems theory and systemic approaches to address communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and family stressors. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, ensuring client and family safety during distressing situations. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Educate clients on effective communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and coping strategies to enhance emotional stability and relationships. \n
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated and comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Remain informed on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy through continuous education and professional development. \n
In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including adults and children dealing with various therapeutic issues. This includes marriage and relationship conflicts, adolescent behavioral challenges, and family stress stemming from life transitions or crises. Your role will significantly contribute to the overall well-being of clients, empowering them to foster healthier relationships and coping mechanisms.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania. \n
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience working with couples, families, and individuals. \n
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong dedication to ethical therapeutic practices. \n
- A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team. \n
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs. \n

- Experience providing outpatient therapy services is preferred. \n
