Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patient histories and diagnose appropriate treatment needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that tailor interventions to individual trauma recovery journeys, focusing on fostering resilience in clients.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support recovery.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, aimed at helping patients understand their trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and promote overall mental health healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all patients.

• Providing crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support to those in distress.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to them.

• Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities focused on keeping abreast of the latest research in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
