Work Environment\n

This position provides flexibility with a remote work setting supported by an outpatient office environment. Our practice is open seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing you to establish a schedule that best suits both your lifestyle and the needs of our clients. We ensure that our counselors have access to necessary resources, including a dedicated support team for scheduling and client services. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Oasis Mental Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify clients' trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with a strong emphasis on trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions that focus on helping clients process trauma, build coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate care when needed.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards and participate in case consultations and team meetings.

Preferred Experience\n
