Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC with Adelphi Healthcare Services, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that create a safe space for clients to share, connect, and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling to help clients uncover their emotions, develop coping strategies, and implement actionable plans for improvement.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with each client to formulate tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adapting therapeutic approaches based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborating with Team Members: Engage in regular communication with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support, facilitating consultations on more complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LCPC, you will be instrumental in fostering healing and resilience in this demographic, offering hope and guidance as they work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada.
