Key Responsibilities\n

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practice and research.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights and strategies, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
