Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist primary care providers by identifying, treating, and managing mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations, and make informed recommendations to primary care providers regarding patients' treatment goals.

• Provide brief, targeted intervention strategies for patients requiring immediate mental health services, tailoring approaches to individual needs.

• Advise primary care providers on the most appropriate care settings for patients, facilitating necessary referrals to specialty mental health facilities.

• Engage in proactive follow-ups with patients to monitor their progress and adapt treatment plans based on changing needs.
\n
• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans for patients, ensuring tools and strategies are in place for sustained recovery.
\n
• Detect “at risk” patients and collaborate with the healthcare team to devise preventative strategies to mitigate health declines.

• Document all patient interactions and progress in treatment charts, maintaining compliance with established healthcare regulations.
\n
• Educate patients on self-management skills and promote healthy lifestyle choices to empower them in their treatment journey.
\n
• Collaborate with clinic management and team members to suggest improvements for behavioral services and program evaluation.
\n
• Support patients in adhering to medical treatments prescribed by primary care providers, including coping strategies for any treatment side effects.

• Uphold the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals in all interactions and administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at our clinic, you will serve a broad range of patients, including individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
