Key Responsibilities\n

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to maintain up-to-date client records that can be easily accessed by relevant personnel.

• Organize training initiatives aimed at staff certification, ensuring that all team members are competent in program implementation and documentation practices.

• Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations to address ongoing client needs and ensure continual support.

Qualifications\n
