Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that prioritize effective, solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care, attending regular case conferences to discuss patient progress and resource allocation.
\n
• Engaging in peer consultations and reviewing cases to contribute to team learning and enhance the quality of care we provide.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their journey toward recovery.
\n
• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health care, implementing new findings to improve treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on patients in a hospice setting, many of whom may be coping with terminal illnesses or complex emotional challenges related to end-of-life care. You will possess the unique opportunity to make a profound impact in their lives, helping them and their families navigate these difficult transitions with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical psychotherapy setting, particularly with experience in hospice and palliative care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and their application in a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
