Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, weaknesses, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing mental health challenges within the hospice setting, including those coping with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and client advocacy.

• Expertise in performing diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
