Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and thorough mental health assessments to identify the personal history and presenting concerns of clients, factoring in past experiences and risk behaviors.

• Formulate and implement customized treatment plans based on assessments, working closely with clients to address their mental health challenges and promote emotional stability.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively treat various mental health conditions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging personal growth and development, while helping clients develop effective coping strategies for life’s challenges.

• Collaboratively work with other mental health professionals to ensure a unified approach to client care, enhancing the efficacy of treatment interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, employing de-escalation techniques to manage urgent mental health crises effectively and make timely external referrals when necessary.

• Engage in psychoeducation with clients and their families, enabling them to understand mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available resources for continued support.

• Maintain comprehensive and meticulous documentation of sessions, including assessments and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
