Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that empower clients to navigate their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold confidentiality and ethical treatment standards, ensuring the trust and safety of our clients.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment strategies and stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, mental health resources, and effective coping strategies, fostering an environment of empowerment and support.

Qualifications\n
