Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate the development of responsive parenting skills amongst caregivers by actively listening to their unique family values and concerns. Offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing caregivers' capabilities to meet their children's social and emotional needs.

• Implement various treatment modalities tailored to address a diverse range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, coping strategies for chronic pain, and navigating social and interpersonal challenges.

• Consult with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to foster empathetic care that integrates psychological treatment perspectives, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical documentation in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related mental health field as mandated for LICSW certification.

• Demonstrated experience—or a strong willingness to develop skills—in working with families, particularly involving young children and diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years in mental health practice is required, candidates with experience in community health settings or specialized knowledge in child development, family therapy, or trauma-informed care will be held in high regard.
