Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored psychotherapy services to individuals facing a variety of mental health issues. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and strengths, followed by developing strategic and personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective interventions that resonate with clients.

• Maintaining precise and timely patient records to comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and confidentiality throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment approaches by coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient management.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve clinical practices and enhance patient care standards.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, guiding them through mental health issues and connecting them to relevant community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
