Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brighter Soul Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing targeted treatment plans, including pre-crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as defined by the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient evaluations.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that encourage mental health resiliency.

• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

• Engaging with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems as required to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Establishing effective communication channels with healthcare partners and community organizations to enhance program outreach and service delivery.

• Participating in professional development opportunities, including conferences and workshops, to enhance your skills and contribute to the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• An independent LMHC license, with the ability to practice in Washington State. If you hold a license from another state, we will support you through the licensing process.
