Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ultimately leading to the development of a customized treatment plan tailored to each individual.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate actively with clients in setting realistic and achievable goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in compliance with both state regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is approximately USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
