Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through virtual consultations to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying areas of concern and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions online, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable goals and monitor their progress using digital tools and progress notes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain organized and confidential electronic medical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
