Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as advised by the clinical team to gauge patient progress and refine treatment strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the design and implementation of positive behavior support plans tailored to individual patients.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic's commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to additional resources as needed.

• Foster open lines of communication in order to meet contractual standards and promote the organizational mission within the greater community.

• Identify and cultivate potential partnerships and funding opportunities by establishing relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, lectures, and representing the organization at various events, contributing to a culture of learning and growth.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required for this position.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License as mandated by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
