Our practice supports a hybrid work model, providing you with the ability to engage in telemedicine as well as in-person sessions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on thorough assessments and evaluations to address the unique needs of your clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
