Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients both individually and in group settings to help them overcome mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use dependencies.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records and treatment details, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Facilitate skill development in clients by guiding them to express their emotions and experiences, thus enabling them to gain valuable self-insight and understand their interpersonal relationships.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and psycho-social evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans that are in alignment with best practices.

• Utilize clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment strategies for patients, continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Act as an advocate for clients by coordinating necessary services and resources, especially during crisis situations, to address immediate mental health needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
