Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered as you establish strong therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss future appointments, and plan for appropriate discharge when goals are met.

• Design, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client, tracking their development throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs, establishing a foundation for ongoing therapeutic support.

• Engage in individual sessions weekly, applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.

Qualifications\n
