Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client. This includes pre-crisis and crisis planning, as well as behavioral and medication treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to guide clinical decision-making and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individuals' unique needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all standards and practices.

• Serve as a primary liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, enhancing our outreach and impact on the local population.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
