Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that provide insight into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and coping methods.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including measurable goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring all client records are kept secure and updated.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psycho-education classes that facilitate peer support and knowledge sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on clients who present with a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues.
