This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs and histories of clients, enabling tailored treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that foster personal growth, resilience, and coping strategies for managing life’s challenges.

• Establish therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their progress is systematically tracked and reviewed.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, adapting communication styles and methods to meet the needs of clients with mobility challenges or preferences for virtual interaction.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment plans, client progress, and therapeutic outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about current trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing counseling services.
\n
• Experience in therapy with couples, children, teens, and families, as well as demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
