Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions using synchronous video technology, addressing a spectrum of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including Brightside psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive and thoughtful treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize our automated systems to administer symptom self-assessments and track functional improvements, regularly adapting treatment plans in response to client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, equipped with advanced digital tools for streamlined record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing supervisory support and professional consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your skills and client care strategies.
\n
• Provide therapy for individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples, employing a range of evidence-based psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Commit to measurement-based care practices, ensuring that client outcomes are consistently assessed and prioritized.

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality and security of guest health information.

• Develop robust assessments and treatment plans while keeping up-to-date clinical records through our comprehensive therapist portal.
