Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families in order to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Providing therapy through various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, aimed at treating psychological and emotional disorders.

• Implementing psychological evaluations for patients, particularly focusing on those undergoing assessments for bariatric surgery.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices while assessing patient progress and revising treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and case management, including billing and insurance claims, to support the administrative needs of the clinic.

• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and periodic therapeutic retreats to enhance skills and foster collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for this position is highly competitive, offering between USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year.
