Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in collaborative Child and Family team meetings to discuss case assessments, treatment planning, and client progression.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and complete treatment updates and discharge reports, ensuring timely submission as per agency guidelines.

• Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and manage all client records with exceptional diligence and safety protocols.

• Utilize your expertise in diagnosing mental health conditions in children and adolescents, tailoring treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.
