Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in Child and Family team meetings, facilitating treatment planning and reviews to ensure tailored, effective care for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs, create detailed treatment plans, and provide updates that align with agency guidelines and licensing regulations.

• Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and be accountable for the security and management of all client records, upholding ethical practices.

• Utilize evidence-based diagnostic techniques to assess children and adolescents, ensuring accurate identification of mental health issues.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment strategies, incorporating therapeutic modalities suitable for each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
