Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients through active listening and empathy while ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, employing assessment tools and diagnostic criteria to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each client, including considerations for cultural and familial factors.

• Provide ongoing counseling services through individual sessions, group therapy, and family interventions, adapting approaches to suit different therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or narrative therapy.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
