Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans, determining the best therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique backgrounds, preferences, and cultural considerations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, employing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, family, and group sessions.

• Manage urgent situations by delivering crisis intervention services and working with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain and update comprehensive clinical documentation that includes progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, imparting vital information that helps them manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to design a comprehensive care strategy for each patient.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to strategies based on individual progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
