Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for each client to develop individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance comprehensive care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed about contemporary mental health research and practices, enhancing clinical knowledge and skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population spanning various ages and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
