Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic support to clients experiencing a wide variety of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and values, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.

• Create and sustain a therapeutic environment that fosters trust and collaboration between clients and staff, facilitating open dialogue and engagement.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients’ treatment goals and enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate thoughtfully with interdisciplinary teams, including other clinicians and mental health professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Be available to provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges.

• Proactively engage in continuous professional development by expanding your expertise in specific areas of interest, such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at All Health Counselling, you will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate their personal experiences, fostering resilience through therapy, and guiding them towards constructive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
