Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients, creating a safe space for them to express their concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Many of our patients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Your ability to connect with and motivate clients is essential in guiding them through their journeys towards healthier behaviors and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, enhancing our capability to assist clients facing substance use challenges.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices, especially regarding co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
