Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are effective and appropriate.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family counseling sessions to address a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and family conflicts.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, when necessary, to provide comprehensive care that may include referrals to specialists for specific treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, providing support to individuals experiencing various mental health issues, as well as couples and families facing relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Virginia.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
